README FOR VOPLOT

VOPlot is a VOTable plotting tool that has been developed as a part of the Virtual Observatory - India initiative. 

Prerequiste
-----------
Java Runtime Environment (1.3 or above)

Steps to use VOPlot Application
-------------------------------
VOPlot can be executed by typing the following command at the command prompt:

java -jar voplot.jar

* Sample VOTables are provided in 'sample_votables' directory.
* VOPlot user guide is provided in 'doc' directory.
