Table "referencePositionInformation.csv" collects information about reference positions used in OTF scan. This table contains 9240 rows, corresponding to 9240 cells of MWISP DR1.

The colnames are: 
'cellName' : the name of  cell cube FITS (12CO)
'cell_L', the Galactic longtitude of the cener of cells 
'cell_B':  the Galactic latitude of the cener of cells
'cell_log': the corresponding log files for each cell cubes FITS, possibly multiple (see the folder DR1LogFile )
'off_L': the  Galactic longtitude of the reference position
'off_B': the Galactic latitude of the reference position
'NumberOfLogFile': counts of log files.
