There are a large number of ASCA files within the HEASARC Calibration Database.
However, a substantial number of these files have been superceded by more 
recently delivered files and are no longer recommended for use by the ASCA GOF
at NASA/GSFC. (These older files are retained within the archive in case 
users wish to compare the effects of a given calibration on scientific results).

A list of all the calibration files currently flagged as "Good" and recommended 
for use during scientific processing/analysis can be found in the sub-directory 
for each instrument with the filename goodfiles_size.ascii. For example, the 
files (and their sizes) recommended for use with the ASCA SIS are listed in:
	sis/goodfiles_size.ascii
