NOTES

    o	V2.12EXPORT is now available for selected platforms (SunOS/Solaris
	and PC-IRAF, May 2002).  Support for other platforms will follow
	as soon as possible.

    o	The v211 directory contains the current IRAF distribution for
	various other platforms.

    o	The extern directory contains only those IRAF layered packages
	maintained by the IRAF group.  See the contrib directory for layered
	software from other software groups or individuals (e.g. STSDAS,
	TABLES, DS9/SAOimage, etc).

    o	Be sure to read the FAQ if you have any questions about IRAF.
